1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FetchOps services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

FetchOps provides DevOps consulting and infrastructure services including but not limited to:

• Cloud infrastructure design and implementation
• CI/CD pipeline development
• Container orchestration with Kubernetes
• Infrastructure as Code implementation
• Monitoring and alerting setup
• Security and compliance consulting
• 24/7 support and maintenance

3. Service Agreements

Specific terms for each project will be outlined in individual service agreements, which may include:

• Project scope and deliverables
• Timeline and milestones
• Payment terms and schedule
• Support and maintenance agreements
• Confidentiality and data protection terms

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete project requirements
• Timely response to requests for information
• Providing necessary access to systems and accounts
• Payment of fees according to agreed terms
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

5. Intellectual Property

All custom code, configurations, and documentation created specifically for a client project will be owned by the client upon full payment. FetchOps retains rights to general methodologies, processes, and non-client-specific tools developed during the engagement.

6. Confidentiality

FetchOps agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose any sensitive business information, technical details, or proprietary data to third parties without explicit written consent.

7. Service Level Agreements

For ongoing support services, we commit to:

• 99.9% uptime target for managed infrastructure
• 24/7 monitoring and alerting
• Response times as defined in service agreements
• Regular security updates and maintenance

8. Limitation of Liability

FetchOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• Services may be suspended for non-payment
• Refunds are subject to the terms of individual agreements

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, both parties will fulfill their remaining obligations and return any confidential information.

11. Changes to Terms

FetchOps reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
